Drive-by Truckers and Sonny Landreth to perform

Two separate Somerville venues will play host to performances by two internationally renowned southern roots rocker outfits this week.

The alternative country/Southern rock band Drive-By Truckers (DBT) will be playing a show at the Somerville Theatre on Saturday, February 22.

DBT is  kicking off the new election year with The Unraveling, their first new album in over three years, and the current tour in support of the album makes a stop in Somerville this weekend.

On Tuesday, February 25, virtuoso slide guitarist and bandleader Sonny Landreth plays ONCE Somerville, sharing the evening with Texas-born, Louisiana-raised pianist, songwriter and vocalist Marcia Ball.
