This plan outlines how they can transform this area into a vibrant mixed-use neighborhood that is walkable, connected, offers multiple types of open spaces, and serves as a destination for both artists and art lovers. It was written with an equity-oriented framework and in alignment with the City’s comprehensive plan, SomerVision2040.
