On a night when former Acting Chief Mike Cabral was recognized for leading the police department through a tumultuous year, Deputy Chief Paul Upton and Captain Charles Femino were honored for their work.

“Paul Upton never yielded from his responsibility,” Curtatone said, praising Femino also. “As we have looked into the reform and reorganization of the department [Upton and Femino] have been at the forefront with their commitment and energy.”
