Join your ward’s City Hall Community Meeting for an overview of the latest City and neighborhood news.
City Hall Community Meetings are an opportunity to learn more about City programs and initiatives, meet your neighbors, find ways to get involved, talk with elected officials and City staff, and enjoy local pizza. The Fall 2025 meeting series continues next week with meetings in Ward 5 on Tuesday, October 7, and in Ward 6 on Wednesday, October 8.
Ward 5 includes Magoun Sq., northeast Ball Sq., Cedar and Lowell St. areas, northwest Porter Sq., and more. Ward 6 includes the greater Davis Sq. area and more. Not sure what ward you live in? Use the My Somerville lookup tool to find out.
All meetings start with a half-hour casual meet-and-greet with pizza and snacks at 6 p.m. (you can use this time to browse the info table or chat directly with elected officials and staff), presentations by the Mayor and City staff start at 6:30 p.m., and a Q&A follows.
- Ward 5, Tuesday, October 7, 6 p.m.: Join Mayor Ballantyne, Ward 5 Councilor Naima Sait, At-Large Councilors, School Committee members, and City staff the Kennedy School, 5 Cherry St.
- Ward 6, Wednesday, October 8, 6 p.m.: Join Mayor Ballantyne, Ward 6 Councilor Lance Davis, At-Large Councilors, School Committee members, and City staff at Somerville Community Baptist Church, 31 College Ave.
