
LEGO® Discovery Center Boston revealed an all-new 20-foot giraffe as part of the attraction’s refurbishment. The giant creation took an entire day to assemble and features 22,000 LEGO® DUPLO® bricks. The LEGO® Discovery Center, opening later this spring, unveiled the new colorful giraffe as part of the $12-million-dollar renovation.

Highway Director Paul Stedman greeted the 4th grade class of John F. Kennedy School in Somerville on Monday, April 10, and presented the students with a gift card in recognition of their naming the snowplow “Sherlock Snowmes,” which is painted on the side of the plow truck.

Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan and Medford Chief of Police Jack Buckley have confirmed that the bodies of Kiryl Schukin, 37 and Pavel Vekshin, 28 were located early yesterday morning inside a storage unit on North Beacon Street in Brighton. The investigation indicates that both men succumbed to stab wounds. Leonid Volkov, 37, of Medford, who was known to the victims has been arrested and charged with murder.
