Senator Pat Jehlen (D-Somerville) announced this week that the Massachusetts Senate is seeking nominees to participate in the 75th Citizens’ Legislative Seminar (CLS), which will take place October 20 and 21 at the State House. CLS is a semi-annual educational seminar geared towards adults of all ages interested in learning more about state government and the legislative process.

I had interviewed Jane Sherrill in the past, so I decided to revisit her. We met in the crowded Bloc11 Cafe in Union Square, Somerville. We talked of all things water. Only Ward 6 residents will be voting in preliminary election
As part of ongoing work on McGrath Highway, MassDOT contractors will begin construction next week on Washington St. at the intersection with McGrath Highway that will change traffic patterns in the area.
