Monday evening a tractor trailer snagged power lines on Eliot Street  causing a chain reaction of multiple power lines to be pulled down and power to be lost in that neighborhood.

Somerville Police and fire crews responded to secure the scene as DPW crews and NStar were called in to assess the damage.
