East Somerville Main Streets will be hosting their first annual Ugly Sweater bar crawl on Sunday December 16 from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Come out in your most tacky sweater and enjoy the diverse range of bars and restaurants on Broadway in East Somerville. This event is free to attend and local drink specials will be available for purchase.

The crawl will begin at Mount Vernon Restaurant pub, 14 Broadway, at 2:00 p.m. and attendees can make their way down Broadway sampling international cuisine and drinks along the way. The crawl will end at Casey’s.

Mount Vernon Restaurant & Pub is a traditional American restaurant that is the oldest continuous family owned restaurant in the city of Somerville. It was founded in 1935 by John Henry. Home of the infamous twin lobster special.

7:00 p.m. Casey’s
Casual pub food and bar with a wide verity of beers on tap. A great place to catch a sports game or trivia night.  Be sure to try their pizza.
