A frightened woman had to lock herself inside a McDonald’s bathroom Thursday morning to get away from a homeless drunk man at the McDonald’s in Twin City Mall, police said.

Jacob Hamrick, 31, was allegedly threatening a group of men when police showed up a few seconds later. Cars trying to enter the drive through lane were blocked by Hamrick, police said.

Hamrick allegedly told the McDonald’s manager, “I’ll be back to get you,” as police tried to escort him away. The woman who locked herself in the bathroom told officers she was terrified and wanted to get away quickly, police said.

Hamrick continued to yell obscenities at officers, the McDonald’s manager and a woman who was walking by, police said. He allegedly made racist remarks. He was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
