President William A. White, Jr., has called for a Special Meeting of the Board of Aldermen on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at 7 p.m., for the purpose of considering, and conducting a Public Hearing on, matters related to the Mayor’s proposed Green Line Extension Project Participation Agreement, including the Agreement (#202364), a $50 million bond (#202365), a home rule petition (#202381), and any other related matters. The meeting will be held in the Aldermanic Chambers, 2^nd Floor, City Hall, 93 Highland Avenue. The public is welcome to attend and be heard.
