His middle name might be Lucky, but the 24-year-old Somerville man didn’t have any July 30 when he ended up in handcuffs.

Luke Lucky Lugo, 24, of 18 Lowell St., was arrested after he ignored a police officer’s warning to stay away from a woman’s home and started screaming, “It’s a free country” and ripped off the front plate of a car parked outside the home, police said.

Lugo was charged with disturbing the peace, trespass, destruction of property under $250 and threatening to commit a crime.
