The Alfeiri’s fled after the fight, which left a large amount of the victim’s blood at the scene, police said.

Police found Mark Alfeiri at Broadway and Weston Avenue moments later with Joseph Flynn, 18, of 1370 Broadway. A search of Flynn revealed 15 pills, including some percocet, and four pennies from 1935 that police suspect could be stolen, police said.

Mark Alfeiri was arrested and charged with witness intimidation, armed assault to murder and aggravated assault and battery. Flynn was arrested and charged with possession to distribute a class C drug.
