An 18-year-old Somerville man was arrested early Friday morning after he allegedly pushed a Somerville police officer and threatened Judo moves.

Anthony Johns, of 10 Ten Hills Rd., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest.

Police were called to Dickerman Playground for a report of a fight. When officers arrived, Johns was ranting and raving and refused to walk over to officers, police said. He allegedly cursed at them.

Johns jumped the park wall and ran away toward Ibbetson Street when officers tried to talk with him, police said.

Police said they could smell alcohol on Johns when he pushed an officer and threatened "some Judo [stuff]." An officer gave him a burst of pepper spray and handcuffed him.
