Somerville High School’s Anthony Scrima earned Runner-up honors in the MIAA’s 13th Annual Sportsmanship Essay/Multimedia Contest, with a video entry titled Be the Game Changer.

First Place and Runner Up entries in both categories will present their work as honored guests at the 20th Annual MIAA Sportsmanship Summit on Friday, November 22, 2013 at Gillette Stadium. In addition, a collection of finalist and honorable mention essays will be printed in “Sportsmanship: A Game Plan for Life – Volume XIII.”  This booklet will be distributed to attendees of the Sportsmanship Summit and will be sent to MIAA member schools.
