Somerville remembers 9/11

Somerville held it’s annual candlelight vigil walk Tuesday night in honor of the lives lost on September 11, 2001.

Mayor Joseph Curtatone, elected officials and members of the community started the walk at the Cedar St end of the bike path accompanied by Somerville Police and Somerville Fire Honor Guard. The procession ended in Davis Square, where a short speaking program and moment of silence took place.
