Applications are now open for the sale of a deed-restricted condominium at 143 Cedar Street in the Spring Hill neighborhood to eligible, first-time homebuyers. The unit will be sold at below market price through the City of Somerville’s Inclusionary Housing Program and is available to income-eligible households with a combined annual gross income at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

Apply now through 12 p.m. on Friday, October 9. Open houses will be held on Sunday, September 27, 2026 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Thursday, October 1 from 5 to 6 p.m.

Pre-lottery applications are available online at somervillema.gov/inclusionaryhousing or paper copies may be requested at Somerville City Hall (93 Highland Ave), City Hall Annex (50 Evergreen Ave), and any of the Somerville Public Library Branches.

Completed applications can be emailed to inclusionary@somervillema.gov or mailed or delivered to the City of Somerville Housing Division, 50 Evergreen Ave., Somerville, MA 02145.

143 Cedar is a multi-unit condominium complex in the Spring Hill neighborhood. Unit 2 is on the first and second floor and is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit. It includes two tandem, on-site parking spaces, in-unit laundry, a private patio, and storage in the basement of the building.
