This Sunday, December 14, the annual Jingle Bell Run & Walk will take place in and around Davis Square. Expect brief traffic delays and temporary road closures mid-morning to midday.

Beginning around 9 a.m., detours will be set up to accommodate the starting line on Elm Street in Davis Square. Please observe posted signage.

The race is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m., after which point temporary road closures and short traffic delays may occur on and around the following roadways as participants pass:

• Holland Street
• Broadway in Teele Square
• North Street
• Powder House Boulevard
• Broadway in Ball Square
• Cedar Street

The race is expected to be complete by approximately 1 p.m., and again, any traffic delays are expected to be brief.

Temporary on-street parking restrictions will be in place at select locations. Please observe posted signage. All adjacent sidewalks will remain open throughout.
