I’m pleased to announce my campaign for Somerville Councilor At-Large!

It has been an honor serving you and being re-elected to the Democratic State Committee.  Together, we helped Democrats flip MAGA-held seats all over the country.  Thanks again to those of you who volunteer with us every Sunday.  This time, I’m asking for your support again, for my campaign for City Council:

As a biomedical researcher, I’ve helped develop new treatments for breast and gynecologic cancer, and I’ve worked on the next generation of COVID vaccines. As a climate advocate, I was part of the successful lobby to pass the Massachusetts Climate Law to reduce our carbon emissions.  As a City Councilor, I will tackle our community’s greatest challenges to build a healthier, greener economy of the future.

As Somerville City Councilor, I promise to:

• Build Greener, Reduce our Carbon Emissions & Support Renewable Energy
• Grow our Business Tax Base to Fund our Schools, City Services & Housing Affordable to All
• Bolster Litigation to Challenge the Trump administration’s Unconstitutional Cuts to Federal Aid for our Local Communities
• Keep our Community Safe by Reducing Expensive Police Overtime and Increasing Public Safety Staff instead
