On Sunday, May 1, at approximately 10:15 p.m., Somerville-911 Communications Center received multiple calls for shots fired in the area of 480 Mystic Avenue. Upon arrival, Officers discovered 10-9mm casings in the parking lot at Central Convenience, located at 460 Mystic Avenue. Officers also discovered ballistic damage to windows at the rear of 7 Memorial Road where bullets entered a window of a bedroom where children were sleeping. There are no known injuries at this time or evidence of injuries. About 10:15 p.m. last night there was a report of shots fired in the area of 480 Mystic Ave. When police responded they found shells on the ground of that area. At that time, police called in a request for a police dog that detects ballistics and the auxiliary fire department to illuminate the area. The incident is being investigating, at this time no reports of injuries.

    I heard she’s planning on slapping a six-shooter on her hip and slowly sauntering down the middle of the streets of the city with a defiant scowl on her face.
