Thomas P. Sullivan, Jr.

Winter Hill Bank is pleased to announce that Thomas P. Sullivan, Jr. has been promoted to Senior Vice President/ Lending Operations and Compliance by the Board of Directors at the bank’s annual meeting. With over 25 years of experience in banking and real estate lending, Tom brings a wealth of knowledge and involvement in the areas of audit, risk, operations, lending and regulatory compliance. Tom’s attributes include a strong background in product development, policy making, report writing and management. He provides outstanding analytical, organizational and creative skills to the betterment of Winter Hill Bank. In addition, as a member of the Bank’s Executive Management Team, he will work closely with senior leaders to focus on the strategic growth and other initiatives of the bank.

Mr. Sullivan earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management Studies with Honors, Summa Cum Laude, from the New England College of Finance as well as attending the University of Massachusetts studying Mechanical Engineering. His professional affiliations include, Membership in the Eastern Massachusetts Compliance Network, the American Bankers Association and the Massachusetts Bankers Association. Mr. Sullivan’s community activities include participating at the Lowell Transitional Living Center by volunteering with meal preparation and servicing the homeless, the Tewksbury Community Pantry where he volunteered with food collection and sorting of donated food and he took part in a 150 mile bicycle ride “The Great Mass Getaway for Multiple Sclerosis” raising money for MS research.
