Vaccine booster clinic (Moderna) December 15

A COVID-19 vaccine booster clinic will be held Wednesday, December 15, from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. at the City Hall Annex at 50 Evergreen Ave. The Moderna booster will be offered. Appointments are required. Please make an appointment at tinyurl.com/booster11-15 or call 311. The clinic is free, and open to all people 18 years or older, regardless of immigration status or health insurance. Identification is not required. Please bring your vaccine card with you to your appointment, and please arrive at your designated appointment time to prevent crowding in the building.

You are eligible for a booster if:

You received your second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine at least 6 months ago
You received the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine at least 2 months ago
You can receive a booster dose of any of the COVID-19 vaccines regardless of which type of COVID-19 vaccine you previously received.

Please note we will not be able to administer Moderna COVID-19 boosters to 16 or 17 year-olds at this clinic because only the Pfizer vaccine has been approved for boosters for that age group.
