John V. “Jack” Langton– 95 A lifelong resident of Somerville passed away on August 4, 2021.

Beloved husband of the late Nancy M. (Kiley) Langton.

Loving father of Brian and his wife Lorrie of Reading, Steven and his wife Anne of Melrose, Scott and his wife Renee of Woburn, John and his wife Stacey of Lynnfield, Michelle Douglas and her husband Wayne of Hampton, NH.

Son of the late Eileen (Hughes) and Joseph Langton.

Brother of the late Ailine Rogers, Joseph Langton, Marie Carlino, and Frances Ferris.

Dear grandfather of Steven, Sean, Christopher, Ashley, Brian, Alicia, Kylie, Matthew, Cordelia, and Finn. Great grandfather of Cole, Marco, Luca, Hunter, and Tierney.

Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass in St. Clement Church, 63 Warner St., Somerville on Tuesday morning at 11:00 am followed by Interment with Military Honors in Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.

Jack was a Retired Master Electrician and member of IBEW Local 103.

He was also a veteran of the US Navy and member of the Greatest Generation serving his country proudly during WWII.
