On Monday, July 5, at approximately 1:35 a.m., the Somerville Police responded to the intersection of Jacques St. and Grant St. for multiple shots fired. Upon arrival, police located a juvenile victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a local hospital and is reported to be in critical condition but stable at this time. While processing the scene police discovered ballistic evidence in a nearby home where bullets entered an apartment where residents were sleeping.
