Somerville’s Highlanders 6201 robotics team will showcasing its robots at this weekend’s Robot Block Party in Boston. 

RoboBoston and the Robot Block Party make up the world’s largest celebration of robotics and technology.

This free and open-to-the-public event will feature more than 50 companies, universities, and student teams and their robots. Go by to see or interact with everything from robotic bees and dogs to humanoids. 

The event schedule is:

Saturday, Sept 27

• 10:45 AM – Robot Parade: Watch robots roam, strut and roll in the Seaport
• 11:00 AM – Ribbon Cutting
• 11:00 AM–4:00 PM – Robot Block Party: A family-friendly day of interactive tech fun
