Winter Hill Bank, a community bank, has announced that Kevin J. Gatlin has been promoted to Chief Lending Officer. Mr. Gatlin will now be responsible for the strategic direction of the commercial lending function of the Bank, and overseeing the management and development of the Bank’s commercial, residential real estate lending and other lines of business. In addition, as a member of the Bank’s Executive Management Team, he will work closely with senior leaders to focus on the strategic growth of lending relationships.

Since joining Winter Hill Bank, his leadership has contributed to the steady growth of the Bank’s residential, commercial, multi-family and construction real estate lending portfolio by establishing solid, loyal relationships with local builders, developers and investors alike,” said Sandra L. McGoldrick, President and CEO.

Mr. Gatlin has more than 30 years banking experience in residential and commercial real estate lending and credit administration. He earned a Master of Science in Economic Policy and Planning from Northeastern University. Mr. Gatlin is currently the Chairman of the Somerville Chamber of Commerce, Board Member for C.A.R.E., an affiliate of Walnut Street Center and Treasurer of the Somerville Community Land Trust.
