Unlike other areas of collecting, presidential letters and biographies are a defined group, set by the list of which individuals served as president. Having a limited set to choose from can be an advantage in the collecting world because it allows collectors to target their searches and buys.

Somerville lifts snow emergency as of Sunday Feb. 16, at 9 a.m.

–The City of Somerville will lift its snow emergency as of 9 a.m., Sunday, Feb. 16.  Residents parked in municipal or school lots during the snow emergency will have a two-hour window starting at 9 a.m. in which to move their vehicles. Cars still parked in city lots at 11 a.m. may be subject to ticketing and towing.
