Ronald was a loving son the the late Agnes Silva.  Loving husband of 65 years to Lorraine (Dellanno) Kennelly.  Devoted and cherished father of Ronald J. Kennelly of Peabody, Michael F. Kennelly of Somerville and the late Baby Girl Mary Ellen Kennelly.

Devoted grandfather of Angelique, Joseph and Taylor Kennelly.  Loving nephew of the late Francis and Mary Walsh of Cambridge and Anthony “Pinky” and Margaret Carbone of Cambridge.  Ronald is survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Ronald was a Cambridge Police officer until his retirement in 1989.  He served in the US Army and was a long time member of the Arlington Retired Men’s Club.

Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation at the Keefe Funeral Home on Tuesday May 5th from 4-7 pm.  A funeral service will be held in the Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Chestnut St., ARLINGTON on Wednesday at 11 am.  Burial will follow with Military Honors at Cambridge Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Saint Jude’s Childrens Research Hospital or Shriner’s Hospital for Children.
