German Cuapa, of 32 Brookvale, Lynn, April 9, 10:41 p.m., arrested at Richdale Ave. on warrant charges of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, not meeting motor vehicle safety standards, miscellaneous equipment violation, and failure to wear a seatbelt.
