The Little Sisters of the Poor on Highland Ave. celebrated Mardi Gras on Tuesday, February 13. The theme to this year’s Mardi Gras was “I Love _____!” because Ash Wednesday is also Valentine’s Day.

The different residents’ floors, the Pavilion Residents, and the different staff departments each came up with what they “Love.” The King and Queen were residents Jim and Isabel Raber.

The residents and celebrate Mardi Gras at the home because they welcome Lenten Season. It is a very holy time at the home.

They will be having the stations of the cross every Friday afternoon and visitors are welcome.
