 Andrew Amaral, of 38 Waterhouse, March 8, 6:45 p.m., arrested at Lombardi St. on a warrant charge of possession of a class A drug.

Ailton Ornelez, of 89 Grant, March 9, 10:01 p.m., arrested at Mystic Ave. on charges of malicious wanton destruction of property and felony nighttime breaking and entering.

William Bambery, of 12 Erickson St., Stoneham, March 10, 11:10 a.m., arrested at Elm St. on a warrant charge of trespassing.

David McGrath, of 219 Princeton, New Bedford, March 10, 4:34 p.m., arrested at Canal St. on charges of shoplifting by concealing merchandise, receiving stolen property under $250, and removal of theft detection device.

Richard Preston, of 362 Faneuil St., Brighton, March 11, 12:35 a.m., arrested at McGrath Hwy. on warrant charges of motor vehicle lights violation, no inspection sticker, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Marcelo Brandao, of 54 Ferry St., Everett, March 11, 9:14 p.m., arrested at Broadway on a charge of operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor.

Jeswinder Singh, of 15 Oxford St., March 12, 12:18 a.m., arrested at Highland Ave. on a charge of larceny of a motor vehicle.

Nicholas Salami, of 29 Merriam St., March 12, 9:00 a.m., arrested at home on charges of possession of ammunition without FID card, drug possession to distribute, and carrying a firearm with ammunition.

Lisa Medeiros, of 240 Albany St., Cambridge, March 12, 9:09 p.m., arrested at Artisan Way on charges of larceny over $250 and removal of theft detection device, and on a warrant charge of shoplifting over $100 by concealing merchandise.

Jude Norman, March 13, 1:08 p.m., arrested at Somerville Ave. on a warrant charge of open and gross lewdness.

Brian Whalen, March 13, 6:08 p.m., arrested at Burnside Ave. on charges of leaving the scene of property damage, improper operation of a motor vehicle, and operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor.

Cleber Desouza, of 9 West St., Everett, March 13, 10:33 p.m., arrested at Somerville Ave. on charges of leaving the scene of property damage and operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor.

    Hi–Do we no longer get listings of where break-ins, thefts, assaults, etc. occurred because the SPD no longer provides them? These were very helpful when they were provided because it gave you a sense of where crimes were happening (not just arrests). Now, it’s just s big void where crimes happen and there’s no public knowledge of them unless the person committing it happens to be arrested.
