More free flu vaccine clinics scheduled for November 2015

flu clinicThe Somerville Health and Human Services Department has scheduled two additional free public flu vaccination clinics. While there is no charge for vaccinations, attendees are asked to bring an insurance card if available. Those wanting a vaccine should wear clothing that allows easy access to the upper arm. Flu clinics will be held as follows:

  • Tuesday, Nov. 3 (Vote & Vax), East Somerville Community School, 50 Cross St., 7 – 10 a.m. and 4 – 7 p.m.
    • Please use the Glen St. entrance. ESCS does not have to be your polling location to receive a vaccination, and you do not need to vote to receive a vaccination.
  • Thursday, Nov. 5, City Hall Annex, 50 Evergreen Ave., 4 – 6:30p.m.

Clinics are open to Somerville residents over the age of 7, however a parent or guardian must be present for youth to receive vaccinations.
