Performances dates and times are: 7 pm.. on Friday, August 2; 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Saturday, August 3; and 2 p.m. on Sunday, August 4. Suggested donation is $3. The show runs about two hours with intermission. Refreshments, souvenirs, and circus equipment will be available for purchase. The circus receives support from the Somerville Arts Council, volunteers, and the community at large. To learn more, go to www.openaircircus.org. I’ve gone the past couple of years; it’ so much fun to see the kids perform. The kids have such a wonderful time, too.
