Francis Murray, 41, of 50 Draper St., Dorchester, November 7, 9:49 a.m., arrested at 26 Central St. on a charge of abuse prevention order violation.

Noel Pefine, 43, of 14 Newburne Ave., Medford, November 7, 11:28 a.m., arrested at Oxford St. on warrant charges of larceny over $250 and larceny of a motor vehicle.

Michael Byrne, 47, of 10 Downing Rd., Peabody, November 7, 2:21 p.m., arrested at Highland Ave. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to stop or yield.

Michael Huskey, 23, of 326 Somerville Ave., November 7, 6:28 p.m., arrested at home on charges of abuse prevention order violation.

    how many more times is this guy huskey going to abuse restraining orders before the court fries his bottom in a chair. this is four times in a year.

    I guess the court got tired of him since the police would do nothing! he went to jail!
