The Jan. 3 ceremony to honor Lorne A. Murphy, known affectionately as “Mr. Murph,” has been rescheduled to 7 p.m. this Friday, Jan. 10, and will take place prior to the tip-off of the Somerville High boys basketball team’s home game against Malden.
