James McNeil, of 35 Windsor St., December 13, 2:09 a.m., arrested at Windsor Rd. on warrant charges of possession of a class A drug, larceny by check over $1200, attempt to commit a crime, utter counterfeit note, larceny under $1200, possession of a class B drug, and possession of a counterfeit note.
