Carlos Rivera, of 165 Cottage St., Chelsea, July 31, 10:18 p.m., arrested at Mystic Ave. on warrant charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, shoplifting by asportation, forgery of document, larceny from a building, utter false prescription, larceny under $1200, and operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor.

Dante Quinn, of 260 Massachusetts Ave., Arlington, August 3, 4:47 p.m., arrested at Middlesex Ave. on charges of distribution of a class B drug and possession of a class A drug.

Jamal Haywood, August 3, 8:01 p.m., arrested at Middlesex Ave. on charges of utter counterfeit note and possession of counterfeit notes, and on a warrant charge of prisoner vandalizing jail.

Eduardo Garcia, of 33 Florence Ave., Revere, August 3, 9:00 p.m., arrested at Washington St. on charges of operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and on warrant charges of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and uninsured motor vehicle or trailer.

Itamar Neto, of 153 Second St., Framingham, August 3, 11:21 p.m., arrested at Somerville Ave. on charges of operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and license revoked as HTO.

Richard Abernathy, of 240 Albany St., Cambridge, August 4, 11:45 a.m., arrested at College Ave. on charges of threat to commit a crime, disturbing the peace, and miscellaneous common law violation.

Carlos Rodriguez-Cartegena, of 138 Pearl St., August 5, 12:31 a.m., arrested at Flint Ave. on charges of leaving the scene of property damage and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Vladimir Jean Baptiste, of 8 Oakland St., Roxbury, August 5, 4:18 a.m., arrested at Heath St. on a warrant charge of disorderly conduct.
