A Somerville resident, Alessandro Capobianco, was arrested on drug charges Sunday evening in Wakefield.

Police stopped Capobianco’s car after noticing that the vehicle’s headlights were not on.

During the stop, police found several Class E and Class B prescription drugs, as well as quantities of marijuana, allegedly packaged for distribution.

Capobianco was placed under arrest on the scene and later released on bail.
