Another day costing local businesses $$$$ due to closing of roadways. All that space at Foss Park should be used. Meanwhile our BOA getting full time pay for part-time hours. Instead of residents voting to bypass Prop 2 and a half the voters should be voting that the BOA work Monday thru Friday 8 am-5 pm and be accountable for the full time pay
