Osvaldo Lima, of 4 Sterling Sq., Boston, July 21, 5:51 p.m., arrested at Washington St. on charges of refusal to identify self, resisting arrest, bicycle violation, and assault and battery on a police officer.

Jamie Canadas, of 68 Church St., July 23, 5:37 p.m., arrested at Washington St. on warrant charges of lease return failure and assault and battery.

Alex Rivera, of 166 Washington Ave., Chelsea, July 25, 11:30 a.m., arrested at Broadway on charges of common law affray, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a person over 60, and threat to commit a crime.

Seynabou Tavares, of 166 Washington Ave., Chelsea, July 25, 11:30 a.m., arrested at Broadway on charges of common law affray, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a person over 60, destruction of property over $250, and threat to commit a crime.

Evelyn Mercado, of 221 Webster Ave., Chelsea, July 25, 11:30 a.m., arrested at Broadway on charges of common law affray, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a person over 60, and threat to commit a crime.

Anthony Larose, of 45 Conwell Ave., July 25, 2:44 p.m., arrested at Chetwynd Rd. on a charge of trespassing.

Steven Bagley, of 79 Bacheller St., Lynn, July 25, 6:24 p.m., arrested at Mystic Ave. on warrant charges of shoplifting by concealing merchandise and shoplifting by asportation.

Robert Ventullo, of 40 Lock St., Haverhill, July 25, 6:24 p.m., arrested at Mystic Ave. on a charge of receiving stolen property over $20 and on warrant charges of attempt to commit a crime, conspiracy, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, larceny under $250, failure to signal, and marked lanes violation.
