Alderman John ‘Jack’ Connolly has announced that he is planning a combined birthday/fundraising event for the city’s fall election. The event is taking place on May 21, 5:30–7:30 p.m. at Tony C’s, the latest addition to the city’s hottest destination, Assembly Row, for the 2015 local election.

“With Assembly Row’s success over the past several months, we decided that this would be the perfect place to highlight Somerville’s newest neighborhood and to launch our 2015 campaign efforts, says Jack.

Alderman Connolly was very involved with the planning of Assembly Row and its initial design phase. Assembly Row hosts top of the lines shopping, dining and entertainment options for all ages as well as residences with views along the beautiful Mystic River.

Jack Connolly is a second-generation son of Irish Immigrants and has been re-elected to the Board of Alderman 15 times in the last 30 years. He brings with him a depth of knowledge of the City of Somerville and its history. All are invited so please stop by for a piece of birthday cake.
