Flags around the city were at half-mast Tuesday in honor of the victim’s of the Boston Marathon bombings on the one-year anniversary. Trauma counselors will be available to residents at the Public Safety Building from 3–6 p.m. this Friday (April 18). Community members are also welcome to visit the site for reflection, remembrances or memorials in honor of Sean Collier and other individuals and families affected by the events in the aftermath of the bombings.
