Christopher Marshall, 28, of 22 Minnesota Ave., July 8, 4:40 p.m., arrested at 775 McGrath Hwy. on a charge of larceny over $250 and on a warrant charge of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Kelly Smith, 35, July 9, 7:04 p.m., arrested at 115 Alewife Brook Pkwy. on charges of trespassing, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.

Steven Nunziato, 55, of 42 Dana St., July 11, 1:54 p.m., arrested at home on a charge of assault and battery.

A juvenile, July 11, 9:14 p.m., arrested at 40C Memorial Rd. on warrant charges of assault and battery and assault with a dangerous weapon.

Kirby Calixte, 20, of 66 vernon St., July 13, 2:03 a.m., arrested at 36 Munroe St. on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Harry Corcell, 43, July 13, 9:05 a.m., arrested at 30 Teele Ave. on a charge of assault and battery.

David Kotowski, 43, of 4 Sanborn Ave., July 13, 10:47 a.m., arrested at home on warrant charges of unregistered motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle or trailer, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Joseph Flynn, 21, July 13, 11:46 a.m., arrested at 219 Broadway on charges of drug possession to distribute, violation of city ordinance possession of a dangerous weapon, and drug violation near a school or park, and on warrant charges of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding.

Ella Mataev, 24, of 35 Jaconnet, Newton, July 13, 11:46 a.m., arrested at 219 Broadway on charges of being present where heroin is kept and possession of a class B drug.

Craig Thomson, 50, of 50C Memorial Rd., July 13, 4:48 p.m., arrested at 775 McGrath Hwy. on a charge of larceny over $250.

Garvin De La Cruz, 35, of 26 Clifton St., Roxbury, July 13, 6:07 p.m., arrested at 105 Middlesex Ave. on warrant charges of threat to commit a crime and assault and battery.
