Mayor Joseph A. Curtatone and Ward 2 Alderman Maryann Heuston invited all interested community members to a public meeting on Tuesday, June 25 to discuss upcoming construction schedules and traffic impacts related to the Green Line Extension (GLX) project. The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. on Tuesday at La Hacienda Restaurant, 46 Medford Street. Work is scheduled to begin on the Medford Street Bridge in July, which will have impacts on vehicle traffic in this area. Community members are invited to attend the public meeting to learn about expected work and future plans for the Ward 2 and Union Square neighborhoods.     in line with lively discussion here about HP access, here’s another PUBLIC meeting being held in an inaccessible location. I could name a bunch of places in Ward 2 that are accessible. It’s just that nobody cares.
