SomerStreets is Somerville’s annual series of street festivals that close busy streets to cars and open them to the community. Through SomerStreets, the City and its community partners aim to promote and encourage physical activity, access to fresh foods, and reconnecting with neighborhoods and businesses and their unique cultural elements in a thriving urban environment. The final SomerStreets event of the year is planned for Sunday, October 30, on Somerville Avenue.
